The first MGNA organizational meeting will be held Monday, November 27th at 7 PM at the South Medford Fire Station, 0 Medford Street. Full participation by the Medford community is vital to the success of the Green Line project. We hope you do you part to get involved. Here’s our recent flyer.
Medford cable access will be broadcasting the first part of the MEPA EENF Medford scoping session on the following dates. This includes the state presentation and the first 6 or 7 speakers.

On November 15 at 6:30 p.m. the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Office will hold a second scoping session at the McGlynn School. The focus of this meeting, which is open to the public, will be on the scope of the environmental study area for the Medford and Somerville green line and the definition of boundaries for this study area. The proposed route follows the Lowell commuter rail line and falls within the current right of way through Medford and Somerville. Public participation is extremely important and written comments are strongly encouraged.
